How the public beta handles your data
This summary describes Privalume's verifiable technical behaviour. It is not the final privacy notice and does not make the service ready for public registration. The operator's legal identity and all required information must be added, and the text must undergo legal review before registration is enabled.
Your document
Extraction, detection, review, transformation and export run in your browser. Privalume does not send document content to external AI models or the platform backend.
Your device
Text is kept in browser storage only when you explicitly enable ‘Remember content’. History stores metrics, never document excerpts.
Account and usage allowance
Your account keeps your name, email, sign-in provider, session and allowance. In production, email is verified before a copy can be prepared. Each preparation records only the date, word count and source type—never document content.
Security emails
Once the transactional email provider is configured, Privalume can notify you after a password change, global sign-out or account deletion. The notice contains no document, detected value, IP address or usage detail.
Analytics and errors
Privalume uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Privalume product events accept categories and counts only; document text, filenames, detected values, email addresses and request bodies are excluded.
No payments
The beta is free, does not request card details and allows three prepared copies every 24 hours. There is no automatic renewal.
Legal details still required
Before public registration is enabled, this notice must include the operator's legal name, tax or equivalent identifier, address, registration details where applicable, and a contact for privacy and rights requests. These details depend on the service's real operator and must not be replaced with fictitious information.
