Free account, no card required · TXT, PDF and DOCX · 3 copies every 24 hours
Detection and review do not use your allowance. A free account lets you prepare 3 copies every 24 hours, with up to 2,000 words each.
Add a file or paste the text. Nothing changes until you review the details and approve the new copy.
Try a sample if you want to see the flow first. Your content stays in this browser.
Detection and review are unlimited. Preparing or updating a copy uses one of your 3 allowances every 24 hours.
Paste text to start.
Check the flagged items and choose what should change.
This text will be cleared when the page reloads.
No history yet. When you prepare a copy, only metrics are saved here, never the text.
Names, account details, case references and other clues are surfaced in context.
Keep the useful context, replace sensitive details and dismiss anything that does not belong.
Your source file is left alone. Give the prepared copy one final read before using it with AI.
Review contracts, correspondence and case files for names, IDs, company details, figures and matter references before they leave your workflow.

Not in the current beta. Detection and replacement happen in your browser, and document content is excluded from analytics.
You can review TXT, DOCX and PDF files up to 10 MB. Prepared copies are limited to 2,000 words. Image-only PDFs may need OCR.
Not always. Privalume rebuilds the file from the transformed text so it does not carry over the original document properties. Complex layouts may change.
The rebuilt copy does not reuse internal properties from the source DOCX or PDF. You should still inspect the exported file before sharing it.
No document content is stored by default. If you turn on Remember text, it stays in local storage on that browser only.
Privalume supports review and data minimisation; it does not certify compliance. Your lawful basis, purpose, contracts and safeguards still need their own assessment.
No. Detection currently uses predefined rules in your browser. Like any detector, it may miss details or flag items that are not sensitive; you make the final decision.
